Can you help me with my ATS?
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System and it is basically where you should centralized your data. I've been using LEVER, TeamTailor, SmartRecruiters, Boond Manager and Jarvi. What I like most? Optimizing the tool's settings and training users.
How can you help hire Tech Talent?
I've been recruiting Tech Talent since 2014. I started as a in-house recruiter for a software company, then I joined a consulting company focusing on software craftsmanship. In 2019 I started working with startups and helped some of them to hyper-scale their teams.
I learned a lot, from dos and don'ts, to advanced sourcing, from market trends to structured interviews.
What does a RPO do exactly?
RPO stands for Recruitment Process Outsourcing. In other words, a consultant joins your team for a fixed-term (renewable) assignment. Depending on your organization and your needs, he can perform specific tasks or take charge of recruitment from A to Z. Tailor-made and flexible support, economies of scale if you recruit a lot.
Can you manage a team?
I have managed recruitment teams in various situations (up to 10). I like to help them grow by sharing my expertise or my mastery of tools (ATS). I am also the guarantor of delivery by setting up processes and monitoring KPIs. I can take a step back to build the talent acquisition strategy with a dynamic of continuous improvement, but I remain very hands-on and continue to source myself. I ensure the link with the other teams and position myself as a true business partner.
